Important legal distinction: ARM VTC publishes the Site (responsible for publication, technical design, hosting, and presentation content). ARM VTC operates the transport service presented on the Site (responsible for the VTC service, partner drivers, and billing of journeys). This distinction is specified for the visitor’s transparency and to clarify responsibilities within the meaning of the GDPR (see Privacy Policy §2 — Data controller).

1.4 Intellectual property

All the elements making up the Site (texts, images, logos, photographs, videos, structure, code, graphic charter, database) are the exclusive property of ARM VTC or its partners (in particular ARM VTC for content relating to the VTC service), or used with the authorisation of their holders.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Site, by whatever means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of ARM VTC, except for the exception listed in article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code (in particular short quotations for analysis or criticism purposes).

Any unauthorised use of the Site or of any of its elements may give rise to proceedings in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Logos of institutional partners (Strasbourg Airport, Strasbourg Tourist Office, monTransport.com, Imagin’Alsace, Hager): these logos are the property of their respective holders and are displayed on the Site with their authorisation within the framework of existing partnership relationships.

Google logo and Trustindex review widget: used in accordance with the respective terms of use of Google LLC and Trustindex BV.

1.5 Hypertext links

The Site may contain hypertext links to other websites (in particular the sites of institutional partners and the adapp booking platform). ARM VTC and ARM VTC exercise no control over the content of these third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for their content, their privacy policy, or the practices of their publishers.

Creating hypertext links to armvtc.fr is free, provided that it does not harm the image of ARM VTC or ARM VTC, and that it is not carried out from a site whose content would contravene the laws in force (incitement to hatred, pornographic content, counterfeiting, etc.).

1.6 Photographs — specific notice

The photographs of vehicles presented on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes. The vehicles actually provided by the network of professional partner drivers of ARM VTC may be of a different make or model, without any reduction in the standard of quality and comfort guaranteed by ARM VTC (see Terms and Conditions — article relating to vehicles).

Some photographs may contain illustrative elements generated by artificial intelligence, identified as such where relevant. Authentic photographs of real drivers or vehicles are subject to blurring of license plates and of any face not covered by written authorisation, in accordance with the GDPR.

1.7 Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the publication or use of the Site shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of Strasbourg, except where a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.

For visitors residing in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or any other State, the mandatory provisions of local consumer law apply to the extent that they are more favourable.
